Tried to go into Tim Hortons at 8:50am and was stopped by security - said that the Tim Hortons is only for staff and students.
The rest of the information is irrelevant but I tried to go here and the security guards from bow valley stopped me? I told them... I was there for tims and they told me it was closed but I went there at noon. I am goth if that matters, so maybe they thought Iwas sketchy? I just wanted an ice coffee so idk. Worst Customer Service and Food Quality. I had very bad experiences with this Tim Horton. I ordered a crispy chicken club... sandwich meal, first the person on the till was having no idea how to place an order. Finally when I received my order i foundthe chicken patty was under-cooked and rubbery. There response was very annoying on reaching back to them with this issue. Theyare just bossing around with customers as they seem to enjoy the benefit of having in-campus location. They also love a-lot toblame customers, when they handover wrong orders. Most of them don?t know how to handle custom orders or end up giving you wrongorder. They never apologize for their mistake instead they prefer to argue with customer. Read more

This is the worst Tim Horton, I visited ever. They never accept their mistakes. Moreover, supervisor(Indian) of this Tim Horton... is very rude. She speak very rudely. Never get the right order from this tim. If you ask for customization for your meals theynever do that as well.
