They are rude. I pulled up first to ordering station was told to hold on. Someone then pulled up to the second one got served... before me. They are rude. I ordered a bagel they didn?t even toast it it was slapped together. Wasn?t even properly packaged. Get better workers Tim hortons. Read more

I'm being nice with 2 stars....multiple times now, and today was the push limit, my bagel was hard and cold, my coffee tasted... disgusting and wasn't made properly, my Chilli is always cold, sandwiches are never made right, and I'm almost ready to go tocorporate about this. Burnt bun, tomato & lettuce looked wilted. Staff more interested in serving drive-thru. Supervisor took my order and disappeared... before my debit had even finished processing. Staff need to take a breath and make sure their customers feel valued. Read more

this has happened for 3rd time here. finally writing a review. if you walk in. they take your order. hand you the coffee and... then foget about the rest of your order. drive thru customers are priority to them. wiill write to people above them. Read more

The service was ok but the price of what I bought was totally wrong and the 4 coffees tastes burnt and 2 bacon grilled cheese... melt the bacon wasn't cooked properly and L Chilli and the bun is suppose to be the proper size. Not a half bun....what u payfor the proper one......so all 7 items should of cost me way under $32 . U over charged me and I told the lady behind thecounter that u over charged me....this has never ever happened to us since we have been coming to Tims when we are in the areaso this needs to fixed. U owe us half of that price Read more

Pretty unimpressed today. Today is camp day, which is awesome because when you buy a coffee you send a kid to camp right? I?ve... donated to get the bracelet previously. Well, I?m one of those people that struggle paycheque to paycheque and I was so excitedthat I could enjoy a free coffee with my Tim?s rewards app I had a coffee that I could redeem- I got to the window to use it andI was told ?you can?t get anything free it?s camp day? ? which is not true by the way! I get you want to meet your store quotabut I want you to know you nearly made me burst into tears because I don?t even have $2 for a coffee this morning. This tims gets backed up a little bit sometimes.. but they are never stopped for long! They have a fantastic team who deliver... properly assembled product at a fast pace. The drive thru lady Christine clearly plays an integral role in that success, alwayspolite yet quick and direct to her team, and an absolute pleasure to deal with from a customers perspective. 95% of the time, my order through the drivethrough is wrong. I'm asked to repeat my order multiple times, (a large 2 cream 3... sugar, and a donut/bagel, so not complicated at all) and it still comes out incorrect. Usually a double double, and/or missingthe food, but it's been so far as teas, iced coffee, and wrong size. I've also had my order lost entirely between the two laneordering system. The staff seem to rush so much that they are borderline shooing the customer out of the drivethrough. I get thepush for speed since a drivethrough is supposed to be an "express" system, but speed should compliment the quality, not come atthe cost of it. I used to work for Tim Hortons and was able to run a drive through, and counter on my own at the same time, withcomparable speed and better accuracy. I'm through this location Just about every day, but the only reason I keep coming back isbecause it's a block away from my work. There's even been times when I've decided to walk in, seeing the drivethrough so backedup, that I figured counter would have been faster, only to stand in line with 7 people, while I counted 7 orders go through thewindow, and no one at the till. Heavily considering changing my commute, just to have access to a different location. Read more
