Customer service at this location unless you are in drive thru is not great at all. 20 minutes for a coffee and sausage on a... biscuit to get back to the office and the food is cold and the coffee isn't correct. Multiple occasions the order is forgotten,3 times ordered a London Fog and it is not made correctly. There is a line up out the door with roughly 10 customers and onlyone person at the till (with a trainee) while there is 2 cars in the drive thru with 5-6 people not helping the front. Drivethru times are their only concern and the front / walk ins don't get the service required because of that. Further to this, thestaff are rude and seem to not care about the customer. They seem to get frustrated when you ask where your order is after 15minutes of waiting, almost like you are putting them out. Read more
So? the service, especially in drive through, is appalling. They staff rushes you and is fairly pushy. I get the sense that... they are trying to meet some sort of speed milestone and to be fair they are very fast. But I?ve never gone through the drivethrough at this location or the others in the area and felt good about how I was treated. The coffee is okay, bagels are great,service is trash. Read more
It would be nice if staff had manners when speaking with their customers. Especially over drive through. It?s rude to speak over... and/or cut them off. It?s okay to confirm the order, but not cutting me off to do it. Also, what I asked for, came in poorshape. The lettuce.. well I won?t take a pic because it?s just gross. Hands down worst Tim Hortons. The attitude from these employees is so unprofessional. Waited 25 minutes for a bagel. The staff... will stand around amd talk while 4 customers wait for good. I watched my sandwich once be put on a card board box because therecooking area was covered. If there is a Store Manager here they need to hire a entire new staff. Actually stopped going to Timmy's a couple years ago seemed like the coffee wasn't as good and I was getting sugar at the bottom... of the cup when I would finish all the time cuz it wasn't stirred good enough! Anyway I stopped in there the other day I wasclose thought I would try it and it was better it was really good had a sandwich that was really good I was impressed! And theprice was reasonable for the sandwich I'll go back. Read more
My first time and they have Very poor customer service. I felt they are in a rush. Never grab my orders right keep on repeating... my order over and over again at the end it was wrong. At the window 3 people where there and pushing me to drive over and waitfor my order on the parking lot. Staff are very rude no smile no greeting. Never felt that they value you. Made a complainthrough the manager on the phone have said that will refund my order in full when I arrived at the store since the manager isnot around anymore the supervisor says I can only refund the half and even rolled her eyes on me. How do these people ever workin a customer related job? Overall experience was very bad. Won?t be coming back. I am looking for the value of the money that Ihave spent through customer service and product but I was very disappointed. This is the only Tim hortons that I have visitedwith this kind of service. These guys are really fast. Usually I order Coffee with toasted bagel, sometimes more. My order is ready as I reach the pay... window everytime. I am glad to have them close to my work. They are gonna make me a Permanent Customer. Read more
Ordered a bagel with cream cheese and tomato. Was charged a dollar for cream cheese and they only put it on one half? Did I have... to pay another dollar to get cream cheese on the other half too? Not to mention, those 2 thin slices of tomato cost 50 cents,really? This company has gone way downhill. Such a shame. Read more
