Quick drive through, slow front counter with only one person working it with a busy line up
Go here around lunch occasionally, service is relatively quick but the quality tends to drop as they get busy.
Unfortunately this Tim Hortons is so close for us, but it is the worst store I have ever been to. There is a good reason it has... such a low Google rating. Almost with consistency they will get your order wrong, and they don't care either. It feels likespeed is prioritised over anything else - something I know staff get pressured a lot for so management, fix it! This was my breakfast sandwich a week ago. That is indeed a rotten egg. When I called to tell them, they had little to no care.... They didn't even offer me a refund.. pretty flipping pathetic. This place has ruined Tim Hortons for me. SO nasty. Not tomention the stomach issues this would have given me if i had eaten it. Read more
Drive thru screen has been broken for about 6 months so it's impossible to double check your order. However all of my orders... have been correct so far. Same consistency in the products as expected. I love that they are using a tray to handout orders forCovid. Very efficient. Read more
I order thru the drive thru, always quick. This location is super close to my work and it's the only time that I stopped by.... They always get my order correctly without much hassle. However, the parking spot is quite small so I usually do not stop to goinside, always the drive thru. Today I tried the caramel ice cap, I love it super delicious highly recommend you try it out!
