Reviews for Tim Hortons in Calgary, AB
It's a Tim Hortons, so you know what you're getting. This location is very busy, though, and I've seen the employees put forth... Herculean efforts on many mornings. They deserve acknowledgement. The 4 stars are for them. Read more
Employee was half-deaf Gave me chili with no bread
Any store that doesn't accept cash is a waste of time
Got my coffee this morning and one of the workers was coughing up a lung. They washed their hands and followed proper... cleanliness procedure, but I think it?s incredibly insensitive of the restaurant to send them to work considering that they werevery obviously sick. I usually get my coffee here and all the staff are very friendly and accommodating, but it is notacceptable to be sending staff to work sick especially on the cusp of a pandemic. Read more
waited nearly 30min for a breakfast combo. Many people just left cuz they don't want to waste time. Extremely disappointed.
Extremely long wait times and to add on to that they completely forgot my order. Stood there waiting for 15 minutes before... asking about my order, when I handed them my receipt and asked about my missing order the girl working was very rude andcondescending and suggested that I was not there when my order number was called. ( I literally was standing there waiting whilethey called everyone's numbers except for mine ) Terrible service + snarky staff so I would advise against going here.Definitely my last time ever going to this location.. I understand that this is a busy university location and as a student I'm more than happy to wait my turn in all the chaos. What... I don't understand is the lack of consistency in product quality. I bought a latte today and I basically got a warm cup of milk.It seems like the quality of an order depends on who makes it and how rushed they are, which results in a different producteveryday. I'd rather wait and get what I paid for than be served undrinkable coffee. Read more
