This has to be one of the most well-run Tim's that I've ever been in. Staff are pleasant and efficient. I come in around 7:25.... AM for coffee a couple times a week and I've never had to wait long. This location is in what can be a pretty rough part of townand no drive through. But we love the staff and it seems that they know the regulars well and always have a smile for them. I don't like to leave bad reviews, but this is the worst Tim Hortons I have ever been to. It was rundown and very sloppy and... the server was rude. We ordered 2 chili's and they gave us 2 chicken noodle soups. And when my girlfriend corrected the servershe got upset with my girlfriend and said, this is your fault. Read more

We were sitting having coffee and muffins, this rude staff came and said "please leave this section I'm going to close... it."Instead of her waiting for us to finish and then close the section.It was 0720pm and the store suppose to be closed at11pm. "Edit-not able to contact location to resolve" Not impressed at all. Every time I order a Bagel they never cut them properly or... mess it up. Today I've had enough. They barely cut it and didn't even put a thin layer of cream cheese on it. Why are we payingso much for cream cheese when they dont even put any on? I want this store to make it right before I go to head office this timebecause this is ridiculous. I spend almost 20.00 every time. This one was a 22.00 bill. And on top my coffee was cold and mybaked goods were hard like they were from days ago. Read more

Terrible. Every time I order from them they can't seem to get the order right. Multiple times they forget a food item. EVERYTIME... they either forget the cookie or try and replace it with a muffin, If you don't have something a customer wants you shouldcontact them and let them no so they have the option to say no or cancel that item. Sent in a complaint and they gave me 70points, Didn't even offer money back. Doesn't matter how they mess up you get points, Even if your ordering something moreexpensive then a cookie Read more

Was literally the only mobile order on the TV. No one paid attention to it for at least 9mins even though the sandwich person... kept asking staff to look at the mobile order. 2 staff took orders for at least 7 other people in the lineup, no one bothered tolook at my mobile order until the sandwich person told them 4 times. I normally wouldn?t mind this but I was on my work breakand I was just hoping to sit down after grabbing my snacks. Read more

I thought I'd be faster if I used the automated system to place my order and skip the line. Everyone in line is come and gone... and I'm still waiting for my two coffees 15 minutes later. 0 stars if I could. Read more
