They have a "We are open" sign even when they are closed
Horrible times of service, I mean why close so early at 3:30 pm when it's in such a central & high traffic location? It closes... before the students at the nearby high school even has time to get out, not to mention it doesn't even serve on weekends... Thelocation further north of Center Street offers 24 hour service, it makes no sense on why this location isn't also top priorityfor Tim Hortons to offer their best. Read more
This is the worst tim hortons I have ever been to in Calgary. Staff is always rude to customers and act as if it?s a problem... that they have to serve us and do their job. I had ordered an english muffin with no egg and stated I was allergic. The managerserved me my order and when I clarified that I asked for no egg, she simply took the egg off and handed it back to me. I had toclarify again that I was allergic and she was very rude in response. It?s unacceptable that even the manager of the store isunhappy to be there and mean to the customers. I get a medium coffee every time I come and it gets barely filled up 2/3 of the cup. Coffee is SO cheap, why don't you fill the... cup?! They are often sold out of timbits so getting assorted packs usually gets you only one or two types. Its not very fun tobring in 12 of the least favourite flavours into the office. I go out of my way to avoid this Tims now because they seem toconsistently cut corners. Read more
