The woman manning the till this morning is always great. The place is super busy most of the time so just plan to have a tiny... bit more time available. Sometimes have to wait a little bit to get service at the till but they're all running around likecrazy so it's more so a lack of employees. Need more front of house staff to keep up with such a busy location! Almost alwaysreceive food and such pretty quickly though despite amount of orders. Read more

I don't get the obsession with Tim Hortons. The coffee is undrinkable and the donuts are too dry. But it's cheap and functional.

Due apologies ???? for my previous review, it was meant for the Balzac Mall Tim Hortons. But by mistake posted on yours. The... staff at your location needs to make sure to mix the sugar/honey in the beverages properly or suggest a stirrer to the customer.Cleanliness was perfect. Read more

I usually love Tim Hortons but I have to say that I was extremely disappointed? I was simply ordering and being nice but was met... with the worst customer service I?ve ever received? I think the worker was named Rachel, but she had been so rude to me that Ipractically left shocked and stunned that such a worker existed.. I am so disappointed because I always come here alone and withmy friends/family whenever I?m at the mall. This is the last time I?ll ever step foot at this tim Hortons location and I?ll beposting my experience on Facebook so all my friends and family are aware of this too. I really could give this tim hortons zero stars if I could because of the worst experience I had today. Well first, I waited in... line for almost 20 min. And than second, I had bitter iced coffees. Went in TWICE, just for it to be better again. And then thiswoman Rachel gave me attitude as I was upset, and told me that it?s supposed to be like that? I?m also a regular customer, andmy iced coffees are never that bitter. And I would also like to say, the first time I went to complain that my iced coffee wasbitter and LITERALLY told me that if I waited 20 min, there?s such thing as a kiosk? Like I was aware. But I couldn?t order ANYdonuts because it didn?t let me, but still continued to argue with me over the kiosk. Such worker like that shouldn?t be workingcustomer service with that ATTITUDE. Read more

Chinook location was very busy. If you order yourself through the self screen it's pretty fast. I only had change on me therefor... I stood at the till next in line waiting for about 10/15 minutes.... nobody is watching for customers, and when they didfinally notice me, I still wasn't greeted or helped for awhile. A simple hello, we will be rite with you, would have beengreatly appreciated. I completely understand they are busy and are trying to get everyone's orders out. I think they just needa better system put in place. Read more
