I was the only one in the line yet there were half a dozen staff working. I know they noticed me they just don?t want to bother... because I?m the only one in the line. It took them 4 minutes to finally care. They were busy chatting like they weren?t in thecostumer service industry. An elderly lady finally came to ask for my order. I spoke to their supervisor, all he can say was?yes, I get what you mean?. Then their arrogant manager. Come on, Tim Hortons, step up your costumer service at least. Wealready know your products are so-so but make your guest come back by being friendly. There is no wonder there are plenty of TimHortons being shut down and their market going steep it?s all because of their very poor costumer service plus theirfrozen-baked goods. The French vanilla I ordered was watered down I didn?t want to go back to deal with their lousy costumerservice. Whatever advertisement you do, whoever famous people you put on the tv screen to boost your brand and product, ifcustomer service is still garbage non of those will ever work. Good luck! Read more
Ordered a Medium Iced Capp in the drive thru. There was a hole in the cup and it spilt on the side of my car that I just washed.... I asked for another one and I got the same holey cup with just a second cup over it. I get that they are busy, but not forcoffee on my car. Read more
I had a bad experience it took me at lest like 20 mins to my order as the staff was slow. And my crossant was half burned. Least... they could have done is replaced it as I have no problem waiting extra 5 mins for it to be right. Read more
Poorly managed location. Anytime I've had to deal with the manager, she's unpleasant and doesn't take accountability. Has a huge... chip on her shoulder. Went this morning on my way outta town and ordered a sausage breakfast wrap at the drive thru. Got to thewindow and the guy repeated my order. It was wrong! He corrected it on the ordering system and we drove away only to find outthat the Farmers Sausage Wrap I'd ordered and corrected was still NOT a Sausage Farmers Wrap. I was told by the gentleman that Ispoke to that "all the staff are new." A competent manager would not put all new staff on the busy morning schedule. It's not astaff issue, it's a managerial issue and it's time she took responsibility. Messed up orders is the norm at this location,unfortunately. I've asked to have her call me, but I don't feel confident that'll happen. It's time to thank your customers bygiving them the best possible service, not by constantly having to provide re-dos. I ordered hot chocolate and French vanilla. the fV was good but hot chocolate only hot water. only hot water they just top it up... with water in the night. seriously that's not good. I need refund or something compensation next time I visit. no hot chocolateflavor Read more
My favourite worker is the overnight guy, always makes my food and drinks right :) come anytime after midnight and u will get... the best service. This man can juggle everything alone and still make sure everything is perfect Read more
