This location needs needs more staff early morning there are always only 2 girls running the whole restaurant. They are always... stressed out customers are having to wait a long time to get a coffee. This goes out to the manager directly, dont try to saverevenue by cutting staff when its needed! This morning i was told there are no eggs ????. The staff are working hard but hirea couple more so the ones that are working are not always stressed out! Avoid for anything other than a coffee or Timbits basically. Cut me off in middle of my order then don?t respond so had to... finish at the window. Three different people trying to excessively ?thank you? out of the drive thru before you can put yourdrink down. Don?t even bother ordering any sort of icing donut unless it?s enough to warrant a box. They don?t cool them offafter cooking so throw them in the bag and you get this as a result. Read more

The morning team is the fastest in town! It is a well oiled machine! I was sixth in line, and gone in under 4 minutes!! The only... time my tires stopped rolling was to make my order, they have one person taking payment while the other is giving you your food,both smiling and saying have a great day. Make sure you order inside and get the same thing you ordered. We used the drive through and didn't get what we ordered. Found... out at our work meeting that they didn't do the order we wanted. We phoned back and the store replaced our order The next day.No charge . We should have looked before leaving drive through. Please get staff well organized. Mistakes do happen. Read more

While I do understand the issue others may have with the customer service, I can say that I highly appreciate the pace of... service when I'm in a rush. When I go inside, everyone is pleasant. This location is in a big, fast moving industrial area.When I'm in the drive through, I've always taken the time between the speaker and window to have things ready so the process cango quickly.... out of consideration for those behind me. I suspect some of these reviews may be coming from the same people weall agonize behind in the drive through line, wondering "what did this person order?!" As for the food, I can't comment as Idon't enjoy Tim Hortons food. Read more

The afternoon staff there is not good, they are rude most of the time. They say okay bye bye now and try to rush you out of the... drive through before you even get your coffee, this happens daily. They don?t know how to serve customers In order, Severaltimes have been asked to pull forward to wait for my drink and I watch multiple cars behind me leave with the same drink I amwaiting for. This is happened twice in the past two weeks. And I can?t stress enough that they don?t know how to stir an icecap. Half the time I have to ask them to re-stir, and the picture below is what I get after it?s been re-stirred. Read more

1.) I ordered 2 dozens of donuts and 1 take 12 coffee, took almost 30mins to get the order, both of the box has the same type of... donuts and I don?t think Tim Horton?s has only this selections of donut (in the photo attached). Donut looks like a leftover, isthis how they were trained? 2.) Why do you put a new crew on a night shift? Shouldn?t you be putting them in a day shift sothat they can be trained by other crew?
