Three different people trying to excessively ?thank you? out of the drive thru before you can put yourdrink down. The morning team is the fastest in town! It is a well oiled machine! I was sixth in line, and gone in under 4 minutes!! The only... time my tires stopped rolling was to make my order, they have one person taking payment while the other is giving you your food,both smiling and saying have a great day. Make sure you order inside and get the same thing you ordered. We used the drive through and didn't get what we ordered. Found... out at our work meeting that they didn't do the order we wanted. We phoned back and the store replaced our order The next day.No charge . We should have looked before leaving drive through. Please get staff well organized. Mistakes do happen. Read more
While I do understand the issue others may have with the customer service, I can say that I highly appreciate the pace of... service when I'm in a rush. When I go inside, everyone is pleasant. This location is in a big, fast moving industrial area.When I'm in the drive through, I've always taken the time between the speaker and window to have things ready so the process cango quickly.... out of consideration for those behind me. I suspect some of these reviews may be coming from the same people weall agonize behind in the drive through line, wondering "what did this person order?!" This location needs needs more staff early morning there are always only 2 girls running the whole restaurant. They are always... stressed out customers are having to wait a long time to get a coffee. This goes out to the manager directly, dont try to saverevenue by cutting staff when its needed! This morning i was told there are no eggs ????. The staff are working hard but hirea couple more so the ones that are working are not always stressed out!
