I have been coming to this Tim Hortons for a few years, and recently with the turn over of new staff, things have started to... completely fall apart. I order a tea and once I get to my destination, I always have to stir or add to it. It seems like thesugar dispenser needs to be recalibrated daily. Hash browns are typically extremely hard, that I end up throwing it away. Foodis just thrown together to get you out of the drive thru quickly. The employees that are working in the drive thru are alwayspushing food out the window to keep on time, that it makes for an unwelcomed experience. I understand that they have a timequota to obtain in the drive thru, and I used to work at a Tim Hortons so I understand how busy it can be. Things need to beadjusted at this store.. Read more
Staff are amazing, literally the sweetest staff I?ve ever come across I so highly recommend them. That being said the food is... inedible, threw out the food cause it wasn?t what I ordered or liked. Sadly out $6. Read more

Went through the drive-thru long lineup went through very quick. Staff was very play to give you what you needed and even with a... polite smile can't say much about this one because I did not go in Go in the Tim Hortons but this is a very busy drive-throughfor this location. Two drive throughs makes it even better. Helps the long lineup It is harder on the workers but they seem tohave it under control but you will have the complainers and grumpy pants who wait too much in line.
