Taking so long? It says close at 9 pm. Staff start cleaning around 4-5pm and will just focus on the cleaning. They will never... help no matter how long the line is. Something is wrong with the management. Read more

Literally ignored me when I asked why they were were prioritizing people in the line in front of me. People were just walking up... and skipping the line to order and the staff didn't care. Read more

Worst service, the girl at the counter doesn?t know what she is doing, she was making me confused on top of that she was arguing... in front of other customers. No attention at all, she was ignoring the customer and busy talking with her co-worker. Neverexpected these kinds of services. No wonder so many negative reviews. Better train your crew. Read more

I ordered a breakfast sandwich, and the egg was overcooked which left unappealing grey egg, which also had shell left in it.... Although I know it's edible, it was definitely not nice to look at, and once I bit into a part that had egg shells, I couldn'teat it any longer and had to throw it out. The most disturbing thing I saw was one of the workers who was preparing food withgloves on, who took an order at the front from a woman who paid cash. She did not change her gloves and proceeded to make foodwith the same gloves she touched the till and money with. That is disgusting and unacceptable. Money is one of the dirtiestthings people touch and now a person has gone and made food with the same gloves? How digusting is that? I wouldn't be surprisedif she took out the garbage, cleaned the toilet and used the same gloves. If you get food poisoning or become severely ill aftereating at this location you'll know why. Insanely slow service. Some of the people there are so rude one lady actually threw my change on the counter after I nicely... handed it to her. And I'm absolutely disgusted by the fact that I tasted lotion or perfume on my coffee lid... there's a newgirl who thinks it's funny to take 15 minutes to make a bagel eith creme cheese. Most times when I go to the Tim Hortons located inside the Marlborough Mall location, the service offered is very unpleasant!!... This girl that served my order lately was giving to me in a tray to dine-in and I said to her I ordered to go. She rudely anddisrespectfully told me to "CALM DOWN" as if she was her child. I have other instances where the same unprofessional service wasoffered at this same loction. It's run by Filipinos and the manager needs to get a formal training in Customer Service. Over my 20 or so visits to this location, I can confidently say that this location has excellent service that is bloody fast.... The most I've ever had to wait was 3 minutes. This place doesn't have seating so that may be a downside, but that fact shouldn'taffect ratings of this location. Employees are fast and friendly. I received particularly exceptional service at this locationtoday. My order of an extra large french vanilla and 2 orders of potato wedges came out rather superb thanks to a lovelyemployee. Now, I'm a huge fan of the potato wedges that Tim Horton's offers, they're just about perfectly seasoned and nicelycooked and they are reasonably priced. The only thing that usually stops me from buying them is that the employees usually fillup the containers halfway. I've found from experience of roughly 50 orders of potato wedges around Calgary that the employeesfill up the container halfway 50% of the time, and three-quarters of the way full of the way the other 50% of the time. I nevergo back to the employee and ask them to fill up the container better because I don't wanna be rude. So I usually just take whatI get and go. Today was special though. My order was exceptionally superb because the excellent employee actually took time tofill my potato wedges right. She didn't just throw in a handful and serve it up. She actually took time to make sure that therewas no empty space in the container as well as placing a half handful of wedges atop each pack for good measure. Today was thefirst time I ate Tim Hortons potato wedges without feeling angry for not getting my money's worth. A special thank you toRachael who packed my legendary potato wedges.
