Extremely slow drive threw extremely slow going inside. Workers walk by you and ignore u, do partial orders n walk into the... back, not rude but not friendly. Have so far gotten my order right about 6 out of 10 times. But it is a convienent location forwhen I need to grab a coffee on my way to work. Read more

I ordered 2 take 10?s and an extra large coffee thru the app, and I?m 100% certain that I asked for dark roast and when I got... there for the curbside pick up I looked at the receipt and it said regular blend, I ran inside and explained I wanted darkroast. Then went back to my car and 2 East Indian ladies (I?m sorry I didn?t get their names) came to my car to apologize forthe wait and explained that they were preparing my order. They even explained that although the receipt showed regular, it wasbeing prepared as dark roast. I was flabbergasted, I was so happy that they were so nice and even how considerate they were l,even though I should?ve double checked my order before paying. They renewed my faith in humanity???????????????????????????????????????????????????? Go Timmies!!!!! Read more

Had to go here to get steep tea and timbits fixed up from another tims south of there that screwed my order up . All good when... arrived here , they didn't have my chocolate glazed type again ,so I was given justin beaver timbits for replacement at samecost for my convenience, and got my steep tea .,this place is very busy, and lots of staff here 23 ave, 52 st. Waited 20 mins in line while probably ten cars went thru the drive thru, one person in line was served inside. Me and 6 others... stood waiting with no acknowledgment we were even there. Apparently if you're not in the drive thru you don't get service?Noted. Walked out without ordering. The workers are doing their best, someone up the ladder has obviously told them where theirpriorities are to be, because I've had this happen at other Tim's too. Read more

long wait but theres only one person at the front. I get that the workers are assigned to their own stations but i feel bad for... the girl at the front. She tried to serve me with a smile but i can see shes very stressed bout the long line and no one washelping her. Her service was really good, minimum wage teenagers dont deserve to go crazy being treated like this. Read more

When I went in to fix it they didn't actually... have the things to make the food I ordered, when I asked for a refund she refused to give me back all that I had paid for thefood. There is a reason people prefer Starbucks and McDonald's over what was once a Canadian treasure Horrid customer service! Read more
