This has to be the worst Tim?s I?ve ever seen. The service wasn?t to bad, I guess. The location was extremely dirty. The line... was at the wrong end of the store, when you?re in line to place your order you can?t see the menu. I will not be going back tothis location. Read more

I went into this location after dropping my Son off downtown early this morning. I ordered a large DD coffee and a cinnamon... /raisin bagel with plain creme cheese. Both were served quickly and tasted good. However, I was contemplating getting a donut. As you can see by the picture I provided in this review, this location has no donuts set up In the glass case. The entire leftside of the enclosure is empty. At 657am you would think they would be fully stocked and ready for business. This location isthe mobile order delivery hub for the area and has no donuts and product available. If I was an owner I would be concerned thatthere is no product to sell in half the glass enclosure. The only really thing I don't like about this Tim Hortons is sometimes the service or the food. But most of the time this time I... don't not like the facilities to go to the bathroom, a thousand percent, especially dirty. I understand you get busy andeverything but come on. I don't takes one person to go in and freshen up. Nope can't do that. I serious today with good butsomewhat terrible. It was figured out and dealt with and calmly quick manner. Place on in a dining area is nice and clean. Lotsof seating for everyone. Staff today was plight and helpful when there was an issue, but like I said it was quickly solved. Whata really wish that some of the importance have a way of like an air condition because you can't open windows and can't controlthat but of like a bit of a air conditioner when it's hot. It's stifling in here. Plus, if you're going to drink something hot,it's going to make you hotter. But either way this is an okay to me. I don't promise to this one too often. Read more

Visited this tim hortons today at 7am because its located conveniently close to my work. This location is clean but the service... is slow, the short girl working the front doesn't listen very well almost like she doesn't want to be there. The food tastesgood, hot and freshly made but the other girl making it doesn't follow instructions I paid an extra .80 cent for extra creamcheese on my everything begal with cream cheese and she didn't add the extra to it. To top it off the girl making the food handsthe food over to me and I say have a nice day and she doesn't even respond, So if you want simple food without anything extraand without a smile when on your way to work this is a good to go location otherwise this isn't a go to place. Update welldecided to revisit this location and give them another chance for a benefit of the doubt but not to my surprise they've done itagain, will highly never recommend ever going to tim hortons this is definitely my last time going! Also apparently this is whatgetting extra cream cheese on a bagel looks like at tim hortons worst service ever! Update well still stand behind my one starreview, there service and food has gotten better but went in today its 8am and they have no breakfast ready. Read more

Very unorganized and the staff working do not pay attention to customers. Line wrapped around the front counter and people were... just walking in and skipping the line from the door. When other customers told them where the line was they said there was twolines (because everyone wants to stand in the longest line). None of the employees even approached the situation because theywere not paying attention. Got my coffee and timbits and left, got home and noticed I received a muffin instead. Ridiculous, donot understand how a mix up like that could even happen and to note that a muffin is $2 cheaper then a box of timbits. Will notbe back to this location. Read more
