Using skip the dishes, I Ordered 2 steeped teas with milk, they put cream in it????. Ordered hazelnut iced coffee latte,... missing in the order. ???? Ordered breakfast wrap, while eating it I bit into egg shells. Brutal!! All I can say is followinstructions ppl. I give you zero out of ten!! Read more

I am so fed up with Tim Hortons being unable to fulfill simple order requests. Every time I ask for a farmers wrap with NO EGG... they always give it with egg and I have to ask for it to be re-made. This is not a complicated request and should be verydoable. Egg allergies are common and your company should be prepared to deal with this. I do appreciate the manager rectifyingthe situation but I have had this happen multiple times and this should not be the case. Read more

Poor costumer service. At first they over charged us and my mom kinda questioned that lady in the drive thru, and she smirked... and told my mom in a rude way ?you want me to show you a receipt?? So i said no, it?s fine. To cut it short, they got the orderwrong ( instead of just 2 drinks, they got 3). And when we pointed it out, no apologies or whatever, she just shut the windowwhen my mom?s still talking and opened it after few secs to tell us ?ok we will just refund you this amount? the heck! Every time I come here, there is something wrong or missing with my order. Today I ordered a bagel belt breakfast sandwich and... they forgot the egg? Tim Hortons in general isn?t great for consistency but this store has to be one of the worst. Read more

Absolutely a terrible location for service. I have now been three times and the staff at this location in signal hill in Calgary... have screwed up the order every single time. I normally don?t post reviews but the service at this location has been so bad thatI have to write a review. Today I ordered three muffins and they gave me two. I also ordered two buns with a chili combo andthey only gave one. I don?t think I can go back to this location. Unbelievable!! Read more
