Slooooowwwwww around 4pm. ?Must be kids working! Sat here 15 minutes in line that backed out of gas station.
Go to just grab two hot drinks, easy order. Two people behind the counter, already busy with customers. One guy finishes up with... his customer and tells his coworker (who was still helping someone) that he needs to go make a personal phone call while I'mstill waiting in to make my order. This place either is severely under staffed some days, and other days it's just poor qualitystaff. Read more

I'm non-binary and the folks behind the counter always refrain from using gendered language with me... I didn't even have to ask... them! This location also has very fast wifi, which makes it a great place to get some work done between classes. Read more

The staff are about as useful as a noodle strainer holding water. A young lady calls me over to a till takes my order & $$ then... walks away to do something else. 15min later i had to ask someone else for my order. Next complaint is to head office. All thecomplaints have done nothing. So that tells me the owner is just as useless. in for the $$ & not the business. Read more

I only go to Tim Hortons out of convenience. I don't care for their coffee and the food is junky. The donuts are waaaaaay too... sweet, caked in glaze and thick layer of icing Read more

July 5/22 don't come here if you have somewhere to be. Literally the slowest Tim Hortons I've ever been in, and for the past two... weeks they've got every single order we've made wrong. They also haven't bothered to try to correct overcharging and truly don'tseem to care about anything at all. Read more

Both of these are supposed to be a triple triple but are obviously not and since I ordered delivery I couldn?t get it fixed snd... had to reorder from a different location. When I called to let them know, they were very rude. I will never use this locationagain. I would rather start using a different chain than the tim hortons chain than pay for anything from this location again Read more
