Im convinced these two toed sloth moving mfs of employees have no idea how to run any sort of customer service. it takes 7 and a... half billion years for someone to take your order - not that they arent staffed, its just that half of them ignore you whileyou're waiting at the till (even with a significant line). When they finally do take your order, its a 10-20 minute wait Every.Time. Even if they arent busy. Half the time they forget to make my food and I have to remind them. Like the location, but don?t like the line up setup. I waited in one of the three lines for 15 minutes and there were only 2... people in front of me. I watched people in the other lineups who arrived 10 minutes after me still get their orders taken beforeme and the others in my line. I understand that sometimes registers won?t be used often, but I just think the lineup ropesshould just be made into a single line, instead of different ones per register, so that people can lineup and get their orderstaken in the order they arrived. Cause it gate confusing trying to guess which registers are busy, and which are getting barelyany attention, and if you pick the wrong line you waste alot of time. I think condensing it into one line would really solvethis so that people can just go to registers as they become available, instead of being ignored because they picked the wrongline. This is by far the worst fast food business I've ever been to. They have 6-8 employees behind the counter but can barely man a... single register. Employees will chat with each other while customers wait to order because nobody wants to do cash. Getting yourfood takes over 10 minutes, regardless of how busy or not busy it is. There is no structure to how lines are formed so it's justa free for all. If this wasn't the only Tim's on campus I wouldn't go to it. Read more
