While having my order taken inside the person working the counter wasn?t polite and spent our whole interaction speaking Tagalog... with the person in line behind me and coworkers. Terrible experience. Employees obviously do not like white people. Read more

This Tim Horton's was my go to Tim Horton's up until today. They always give me a good coffee and or food, they never are the... nicest at the window. They usually are very here's your food and leave. Yesterday I went to get my ice coffee and I had a couponto get a $1 ice coffee. I tried to redeem it and the rude lady at the window would not let me use it unless I did the survey.Now I have no problem doing a survey to get the offer, but it was the way this lady came across really rubbed me the wrong way.So today I went about my day to go and get my ice coffee and I had the same offer for a $1 coffee that I have not used because Idid not do the survey yesterday. Mind you I just had just completed the survey this morning before going to get my ice coffee.As I got the the window I was explaining to one lady that I had a coupon mean while another worker who was not working thewindow at all comes over and takes over the conversation. To my surprise it is the same rude lady as it was yesterday who buttedright in to the conversation. Now this lady (the same lady from yesterday) proceeds to yell at me saying I came yesterday andalready redeemed my coupon. Yes, I came and got my coffee yesterday but this lady would not let me use the promotion until Icompleted the survey, and I just completed the survey so I could not possibly have used it yesterday. This Tim Horton's use tobe my go to, and it no longer will be due to the rude attitude and actions of the staff. Tim Horton's staff should be betterwell trained on how to speak to customers, and how to make the right connections with customers. Take a page out of Starbucksbooks on how to deal with situations when talking to customers. Read more
