Mention that you have Tim rewards- my recent trip was disappointing! My reward would offer my third drink for free, so I placed... the order for two. After I scanned and paid, the guy told me that I should read the promo, and since I didn't place the thirddrink on the order, he can only give it if I order another three. I seriously thought it was a joke. I didn't need the thirddrink, but this is absolutely surprising and shockingly low level of customer service. I bought cilantro veggie bowl today. The lettuce leaves added to it were not washed and had soil in them. When I ate it, it was... all dust and soil particles in my mouth. Great service. Always busy but fast. Decent food and the best cold brew. Try the roasted hazelnut with espresso foam.
The rude lady in the back should be fired immediately! She has no clue how to speak in a tone that isn?t condescending and rude.... Got yelled at for not picking up my food soon as it was ready because I was using the washroom. Another customer came up to meand told me she is always like that. Whoever hired that woman must have been quite desperate she would be better suited workingin a back alley fight club. Read more

I never leave poor reviews but I'm going out of my way to let you guys know this is the worst Tim's I've been to. Not only did... they get my chicken wraps wrong but the corn was literally still defrosting inside the finished wrap.
