Mention that you have Tim rewards- my recent trip was disappointing! My reward would offer my third drink for free, so I placed... the order for two. After I scanned and paid, the guy told me that I should read the promo, and since I didn't place the thirddrink on the order, he can only give it if I order another three. I seriously thought it was a joke. I didn't need the thirddrink, but this is absolutely surprising and shockingly low level of customer service. I bought cilantro veggie bowl today. The lettuce leaves added to it were not washed and had soil in them. When I ate it, it was... all dust and soil particles in my mouth.
