The staff were busy talking with their backs to me and it took them a good few minutes to turn around and see that I was there.... This is the second time I've been here where there are 7 or 8 staff members behind the counter but 1 person taking orders while... there was 11 customers in line. The lady kept trying to grab my donuts while I was still ordering, instead of listening to order(maybe she wouldnt have messed it up as bad is she listened) This is the second time that my order has NOT been correct. I orderthe Canadian maple donut for my dad who is in the hospital. He looks forward to this donut every time. TWICE I have got Bostoncream instead. This is not ok! This time I ordered a sausage breakfast sandwich on a croissant and for the second time it hadbeen burnt!!!!! This location needs serious help. I will now bring my dad coffee and donut from the south and let it get coldbefore I bring it to him in the hospital. I will be forwarding this to corporate as well. I am a nurse at Foothill hospital, the amount of food they give you is ridiculous, specially there is an asian girl who suppose... to give you one scoop of rice for example, she shakes the scoop until she makes it half of the amount she suppose to give, orfor their salad, she literally counts the lettuce pieces, and for soup or coffee, it?s half empty.
