For at least the past 8 years I have been going to this Tim Horton's pretty much every day before work. The morning drive... through line between 5:00AM and 7:00AM is usually pretty quick (I would imagine a drive through average time of under a minute).This week has been a different story. On Tuesday they gave me two wrong coffees, on Wednesday it took 4.5 minutes to get mycoffee when there were only 3 people in the drive through. This morning (Friday) I got to the window after ordering and theyreally have a hard time of keeping track of who orders what (keep in mind at this time there were only approx 4 cars totalbetween both lanes). I got to the window and they over charged me for my order without verifying what I had ordered. (Twocoffees) After waiting 5+ minutes without any communication I was asked if I had a dollar to give them then they would be ableto refund my Tim's card. This didn't make sense to me at all so I said not to worry about it and left. Hopefully the normal ladywho works morning is just on vacation because she is amazing and so cheerful in the mornings. This people are terrible customer service, not to mention selfish. NEVER RECOMMEND THIS MANAGMENT FOR GOOD BUSINESS, CANADIAN... WILL SUFFER. Today I spend over $22 buying 2 combo for my daughter and I, plus my friend spend $15 on her combo and when mylittle girl ask them just for a cup of water they charged a 12 years old child ... water should be free for children not tomention we just spend... That policy is unreasonable, every restaurant give their sitting customers free pipe water. For thatreason this manager gets STAR IF THAT'S AN OPTION plus ????????????????????. I came at 6:32 to get two coffes and a donut from drive through. Lady asked me 2 times which donut when she gave our order she... put donut in a side and went to do other stuff I called and said where is my donut why did you put this here she said oh I'mworking alone I'm busy and forgot to charge that's why I didn't give you.
