I was SO Impressed. I came with my son. He is a little picky and doesn't like the cream in the Boston cream donuts. He was... interested in the filled sugar cookie. Out of curiosity, we asked what was the filling. The first gentleman didn't know so heasked another. The second gentleman came to chat with me ans answer, clarified it wasn't for an allergy and finished taking ourorder. I had ordered a donut and he asked me to check and make sure it wasn't too hard or dry (it was later at night when wevisited). While waiting for our beverages, the first gentleman came back. He had called the information line to ask what thefilling was!!!! I was Blown away. I will be sending a note to corporate or whomever I need to to thank these men for theirattention. We got Excellent customer service and that is hard to come by now. Read more

I waited 15 minutes before someone even took my order. I asked for a bacon grilled wrap an they gave me a farmers wrap. Not the... same thing. Then waited another 10 minutes to get my wrap & coffee. Whoever is the manager there needs to be making sure thattheir employees are getting trained the right way. There was about 10 employees on the floor. It looked very unorganized andeveryone was scrambling on the floor. Not a good look. Read more

Ordered 2 steak and egg biscuit and coffee.. first, they don?t have egg so the lady suggest to add bacon. When we got to the... window she gave the 2 sandwiches and coffee after checking the bag we got 2 bacon sandwiches without steak. So i went inside toinform them that we got the wrong sandwich. So the lady just added the steak without the sauce on it and its in the muffin notin the biscuit. Very disappointed with the service! No egg, and got the wrong order. Read more

They did not get our orders right, not once but three times. The first two times we did not mind it too much and did not bother... with it; however on the third time, they completely forgot to include one item. So we went back in to fix this problem but theyhad extremely rude customer service while we tried to fix things; they even argued with us. In the end they still made us payfor their mistake and they didn?t even get the order right AGAIN. This was extremely rude and definitely not the right way toserve customers. Read more

gray shirt people is super closed face. They talks bad, angry, tired or i don't know. there are few staff for the number of... clients. I asked for napkins and passed them to me very rudely and only 2, He passed me the napkins with his hand, touchingeverything , was a large purchase. Yes, everything is very clean here. Great service. Clean tables. Would recommend this location. I'll definitely be back. Had the french vanilla cold brew. It was... good but I wish I would have got some extra pumps of syrup. Read more

Worst experience I have ever had in a Tim Hortons to date. My co-worker and I waited 25 minutes for two bagels and an iced tea.... No one was working the tills and after waiting for 15 minutes I finally grabbed someone to help myself and the other 8 peoplewaiting in line. We finally got to provide our orders only to find out the girl had no clue how to add their daily brewed icetea. My co-worker was eventually given her tea but then no one bothered getting our bagels. I eventually orchestrated people tomake them as we watched person after person receive their orders before us. Please train your staff to read the room and applysome common sense. I am writing this review while i am facing this situation for the 4th time. I ordered cilantro VEGGIE wrap in drive through,... when i paid for my food at drive through window I confirmed with the guy that it?s veggie wrap i asked for, he said yes it isVEGGIE wrap. I took bite and I realized there is something wrong, i looked inside the wrap and it was chicken inside. I wentinside tim hortons the sandwich maker said i made the correct wrap but it was exchanged with another order in drive through. Isaid i want to talk to the manager on duty. He asked ohhh you don?t eat chicken sir! (I was like what the hack, if i eat chickenthen why would i come back and scream at you guys). He offered me some free coffee vouchers. I denied taking them. Heapologized, but it was happening to me for the 4th time, apologies not accepted any more.
