Placed an Mobile order of french vanilla and hash browns for pick up. Usually i place mobile order so i don't have to wait in... line as they are busy in morning and also i dont miss my bus for work. Went at the location after 15 mins still my order was notready. After waiting for another 10 mins the lady finally asked me and upon telling her i have an mobile order for pickup shefinally started making my order. She told me they didn't have any hashbrown ready while at the time i saw her using hashbrownsfor another order. Literally so disappointed by their service. I ended up getting refund and also i miss my bus and ended upgetting for work as well. You guys need to improve your system and have some common and popular things for backup. Read more
Just a reminder that these ladies and men work hard in a fast pace environment. And many underappreciated for their efforts. And... are mistreated even when it's the customer holding up the line. They should get tips and gratuities for the hard work and easeoff them. And better pay if earned for handling such a job that starts everyone's day. Read more

They're always super sweet and quick here, they never get my order wrong either :] I think the lack of a drive thru makes the... employees a lot more personable since they aren't being rushed or pressured constantly. Read more
Love tims. Thus lady works hard every morning trying to get customers orders fast. She is a true gem for this company.
They still have the best coffee in town!!! And still very cheap price!!!
