Slowest drive through. My coffee sat on the open window sill for a good minute in -20. I finally had to ask the person with... their back to me if it was mine. This place is full of homeless sleeping at the tables sitting up. Not monitored at all! Read more

I have had other issues at the Falconridge Tim Horton's, but last night takes the cake! The girl was not listening to our order... so we said it several times before she told us to drive ahead. We confirmed it at window, so thought should be ok as not thatcomplicated (4 coffees & a bagel with 3 scoops of cream cheese which of course costs extra) . First the system did not apply theoffer so she had to try that again (no big deal, we noticed before paying) Then one coffee was wrong, so handed that back forfixing, she gave back a smaller coffee at first, the next coffee she gave still wasn't right but at least closer & we justwanted to get on with our plans. Well after everyone was dropped off & we can relax, we find out the bagel is not toasted, notcut, and barely has any cream cheese on it. Had my son call them as had been a long day & really didn't want to spend even moretime & gas to go back to get that fixed last night, but after arguing with my son that we did not order extra, was told had todrive back right then if wanted it made right...I would rather just never use that location again since Westwinds ususally hasWAY better customer service!! Although I have not bad experiences here, yesterday was shocking to say the least. So I am taking time to write this review and... my goal is constructive and that is why it is not a 1. You can see from other reviews and people with same and different ethnicbackground it?s not just me? Yesterday I ordered drive thru with my kids and a new girl couldn?t understand me which is fineand calls me to window. When I get there she is giving me major attitude and being very rude. Did not understand the basicconcepts of western service standards and especially when she can?t speak basic English properly. Our ethnic backgrounds werethe same so no bias here. She assumed I was also fresh of the boat too and started arguing with me with my kids in the car, those who understand know what I?m talking about. I tried slowly speaking to her but the her and interaction was a disaster. Ido appreciate international students working rather than being a drain on the economy, and rather than being welfare leaches asI end up paying for that. However a balance is needed by getting a minimum level of service standards, and who gets hired for aservice job, even if it be minimum wage. I would rather pay a bit more rather than have to spend double the time trying to bepolite just to get a coffee, when it should be the other way around. Things are going downhill fast, immigration, interestrates, and economy? This wasn?t the case as follows, but I can understand frustrations too when a doctor who gives up his lifemoves to Canada and ends up working at Tim?s or driving a cab as what he qualified on to come here is not even accepted once helands?. Worst Worst Tim ever. Its been more than 10 times I ordered Caramel Iced Cap through Tims App, every time they send it without... whipped cream. I always call them and complain but there is never an improvement. Complete waste of time. Unprofessionalstaff. Would give a minus rating but google won?t allow me to do . The owner needs to look upon the staff. Read more

I know you guys we're a busy store and I understand that. However, you also have your mobile order. I ordered mobile and it's... been more than 10 minutes since i arrived and you're just making order once I arrived at the store and note that i need to waitfor the line to lessen because i can't talk to the person who is in front who is assisting customer's in the line. By the waythis happened to me twice. I hope this situation can be fixed, sorry and thank you. Read more
