It's Tim's... I've reviewed several franchises, and if you know the brand you know what to expect. The doughnuts are nothing... special, the coffee is so-so; I literally stopped here because I had a gift card. HOWEVER, I must give the staff a huge shoutout. Service was good, food is always fresh, Service was a little slow.
If washrooms are a mess be aware that Wendy's looks after the Women's and Tim's looks after the boys. How ridiculous...no one... else in the store when I went and no one doing any cleaning. We went from highly sanitation to don't clean at all. Gross Read more
Drive through employees are very inexperienced and over charge me for my order. When I confront the employees about the issue,... they attempted to fix the issue but a language barrier made my issue difficult to fix. Read more
Really poor customer service, ignored us, told us to leave without giving us our full order, and to top it off we ordered a 20... pack of timbits and only gave us 17 (we counted when we got home). I personally wouldn?t have had an issue if it was busy but wewere the only ones in the drive threw. Super disappointed to say the least. Read more
For some reason every time I go to this Tim Hortons (drive thru) the order doesn't get entered into their system and they have... to ask me to order again at the window and then they start making it. I go to other Tim Hortons occasionally and they don'tever have this problem. Just this one Tim Hortons. It's strange. As a result the drive thru can back up because they'reretaking orders at the window and then still trying to fulfill them. Read more
Not only did they not fill my coffee all the way, but they told me to pull forward as soon as I got my order didn't give me time... to put away my card, there was nobody behind me. It was 6:45 AM. I get they have times they have to meet but for these 2 reasonsI won't be ordering from this location again, its not hard to fill my coffee and it's not just a small amount missing I normallydont care but this is a quarter of my cup! I work nearby. I go here almost every day. I have spent so much money here. Yet. Every single time my order is messed up - I'll... order a coffee and get a tea, I'll order a sandwich and get something completely different. I'll order a latte and get a regulartea. Every single time. It is convenient to come here as it's close to my work. I've given this located over 10 times to justget it right once. Today pushed it, I waited for 15 minutes of my 30 min lunch break for a sandwich. I ordered with breadinstead of a bun. Nothing else special just bread instead of a bun. It took 15 minutes and I get to work and it isn't toasted.I'm unsure why it's so difficult here but I'm not the only one who has this issue.
