It's Tim's... I've reviewed several franchises, and if you know the brand you know what to expect. The doughnuts are nothing... special, the coffee is so-so; I literally stopped here because I had a gift card. HOWEVER, I must give the staff a huge shoutout. Service was good, food is always fresh, Service was a little slow.
If washrooms are a mess be aware that Wendy's looks after the Women's and Tim's looks after the boys. How ridiculous...no one... else in the store when I went and no one doing any cleaning. We went from highly sanitation to don't clean at all. Gross Read more

I work nearby. I go here almost every day. I have spent so much money here. Yet. Every single time my order is messed up - I'll... order a coffee and get a tea, I'll order a sandwich and get something completely different. I'll order a latte and get a regulartea. Every single time. It is convenient to come here as it's close to my work. I've given this located over 10 times to justget it right once. Today pushed it, I waited for 15 minutes of my 30 min lunch break for a sandwich. I ordered with breadinstead of a bun. Nothing else special just bread instead of a bun. It took 15 minutes and I get to work and it isn't toasted.I'm unsure why it's so difficult here but I'm not the only one who has this issue.
