Got 2 lemonade quenchers. The lemonade they used to make it was clearly moldy. The kids said it tasted bad, sure enough...... Mold. This location is complete health violation. Read more

IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS, I WOULD! This location needs a serious deep clean and the state of the washrooms are... disgusting!!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Both myself and the other customers were not even acknowledged when we walkedin to wait in line and we stood there for a good 5 minutes before any staff member came to the front. Only to change thebaking tray and then proceeded to the drive thru to attend to those customers, which were already being served. The lady behindus turned around and left. Another staff member was coughing all over the food and didn't even bother to cover her face and orchange her gloves/wash her hands! You would think washing your hands and changing your gloves would be common sense, especiallywith everything going on in the world today. We left our food and walked out! We will not be going back, ever! Highly NOTrecommended. Save your money, Go else where. Unless you enjoy poor service etc. Read more
Staff are friendly, service was fast. I ordered the bacon and egg croissant meal with a vanilla coffee. This is one of my... favorite breakfast meals so I have eaten it alot since they started serving them. This location makes toasts the the croissant,not warms it but toasts it so its almost too hard to chew and the hashbrown was barely cooked enough and was slightlywarm. If you're looking for a Tim's that gets your order wrong about half the time, this is your place! It's been this way for years.... Attention to detail is non-existent here for some reason. I actually stopped going here about a year ago for just this reason,but this morning i decided to try it again. Same result of course. My toasted everything bagel with cream cheese was a plainbagel, untoasted, with butter. Thanks again Tims for making my morning just a little worse! Read more
This is the best little Tim Hortons in the city! The staff is awesome, everything is fresh, and the service is outstanding. Joe... is so friendly, and incredibly efficient. He always greets me by name and with a big smile on his face, even early in themorning, as soon as I walk through the door. I have NEVER had an order messed up from this location. I will actually go out ofmy way to stop in at this one solely because of their great service and neighbourly atmosphere. This morning around 10am I went to this tims to get some breakfast. Took long to get my order, i was in a rush to go to work, I... ordered egg/cheese and hashbrown. Hashbrown tasted like it was from 2 days ago, not fresh at all and the egg had a burnt taste.I was very disappointed with both service and food. And 10am they were out of breakfast already?
