Listen, we all know that Tim Hortons has gone downhill, waaaay downhill, as of late. But even if we ignore the fact that the... coffee isn't even good anymore, nor is the food, and the new eggs are the worst thing to happen to drive-thru breakfasts, thisparticular Tim Hortons has gone above and beyond to ensure they are the worst of the worst. Went through the drive-thru on myway to drop my kids off at school as a special treat. Was using Google Pay on my phone to pay and the card took a moment toload. The lady at the window told me I needed to go inside to pay. I get that they are instructed to speed everybody through andthat they have strict time limits to serve, but you don't get to rush somebody away because their card needs 20 seconds to load.I told her I couldn't as I had my kids in the car when I was in a hurry, and she basically just said no, I have to and thenwalked away. By this time, my card had loaded, but she had disappeared, so I finally gave up and went inside to pay. Inside, Ihad to wait in line (the lineup which they were essentially ignoring, nobody at the till for minutes at a time), and then when Igot to the front, they did not know what my order was (I guess they canceled it at the window), so I had to tell them our entireorder again, pay, and wait for them to prepare it again. The entire process took another solid 20 minutes, and we were late forschool. Because apparently 15 seconds of their time in the drive-thru was worth half an hour of mine as a "valued customer." 5 mins wait by drive thru.took my order and at the window lady said we don?t serve it till 11 and it was 10:56.worst place ever... I visit. I?ll never go there again. Read more
Very bad customer service and they makenlosts of mistakes with orders. Talked to the manager seemed like she doesn't care either
Not sure what happens to reviews. I posted one at 11am today. Terrible service, slow and cashier not familiar with the till.... There were 7 on staff only one on the till and 5 to 8 people lined up. I rang the customer service bell twice, no oneresponded. Took up to 10 min to serve 1 customer. Just 6 people sittimg inside. Obviuosly the owner does not care about yhisoutlet or his staff. Surely soon a money losing venture. Get someone fluent in english, knows how to run a til and is serviceoriented. Read more
Not sure why they feature a bunch of things on their menu which they don?t carry. I understand they are not a full-size store,... but don?t show me all the new pumpkin spiced lattes and such and than tell me you don?t have any of it. Very misleading andterrible. Going to Starbucks now because they aren?t going to lie to me about their menu. Read more
worst location i have experienced. gave me raw chicken not properly cooked on my order a week ago. i let it go as a one time... oversight. went again today to this location. in the drive through after standing for 5 mins no one spoke back, i could hear theother side loud and clear. i drove to the window to place my order to find out that they did not have beef or turkey or tuna.only option was chicken. so i ordered it to find out both my chicken sandwiches were raw uncooked again and my egg and cheese ona biscuit was not on a biscuit instead on a muffin. this location is terrible and should be closed if they cant live upto tim'sstandards. terrible experience Read more
Worse coffee I have ever had. Burned. Clearly skipped the cream I asked for. Did not add honey to the tea and skipped the sugar... we asked for in the other coffee. Can?t even get the coffee right. That?s what Tims is known for! I could go to burger baron andget a better coffee and they are not know for coffee. They are known for their tasty burgers. Read more
