The cleanliness needs more attention here. Tables were full of food residues and other craps.
There are always missing croissants between busy hours and the excuse is no place to to bake the croissants is going to... take long. Need to be organized during the day. Too many staff not trained anough during the day. The night shifts is thebest. Prefere to have them work during the day. The morning girls yap yap too much. Read more

My husband bought an extra large cup of coffee on August 29 at this store.But it keep leaking between the cup edge and the... cover, at first we thought it was not covered probably, but it wasn?t. Then my husband tried to drank some to stop it leakingmore, unfortunately it directly leaking on my husband?s leg, and of course it?s hot! We couldn?t find out why so all the waydrive it keep leaking, and I have to keep wiping it with lots of tissues to avoid it dirty my vehicle!! So I reported my caseto the Tim Hortons website the next day. Got an email told me the restaurant owner will be contact me in 3-5 businessdays. Unfortunately, until today, I didn?t receive any response from Tim Hortons again. Bad customer service, and definitelydisrespect customers. Read more

Restaurant says it's open 24 hours for "dine in"but it is not. I went Here at 11pm and doors were locked for dine in. It would... be helpful if the hours for dine in were updated to the correct time on google . Read more
