For how busy the place was there was one staff member working out front serving customers. We ordered a large French vanilla and... the cup was maybe 3/4 full, clearly overworked and was unable to top off to fill up the cup. Also ordered 20 Tim Bits, to saythe selections was lacking is a bit of an understatement, but also they weren?t even fresh. Some were definitely day old. Forhow busy it was inside you?d think they would have fresher products. Read more
Horrible horrible service!! Please save your time and drive to one of the 3 Tim?s in Sagehill. We waited with no one in line in... front of us for the order to be taken.. and then 15 minutes to have the cravable Sandwich made. When we asked, the woman on thefront was blank? even though she took the order. The place was deserted and no one was there. They even messed up theorder. Horrible! Will not be returning. Read more

This is a review solely on the female Supervisor I just spoke to Sept.13 @ 2pm. There is vulgar graffiti outside on the building... between Tim Hortons and the dentist on the dentists side. We reported it to both places as their is 3 places of graffiti and itsnot appropriate for children. This Supervisor thanked me and immediately came out with a spray and a scrub pad to try and removethe graffiti. The dentist office informed us someone was coming ... The simple fact that this Supervisor took me seriouslyenough to come look, treated me kindly and when I was leaving came out to start cleaning it reflects beautifuly on her workethic and dedication to customer service. Please train your workers. The lack of quality and care is unbelievable. Every time we use the drive through the only... consistency here is disorganization. Why anyone would think to put the syrup on top of the cup is beyond me. Read more

I always come to their drive thru almost every weekdays. But today this is the 3rd time that they messed up my order. I ordered... Extra Large french vanilla with 1/2 coffee then when I arrived at work , I checked my cup because it feels light. Then yeah, Ipaid for extra large but the amount that I got is for medium. I?m so disappointed. Read more

Standing in line with 3 other people as the lady at the till was off to the side looking at a skip the dishes drivers phone for... a solid 5 minutes. No regard for the customers waiting in line, and no one else to take the till because only 2 people wereworking according to her. 630pm and almost no selection of donuts or pastries or anything really. The manager of this TimHortons really doesnt care about this location. Read more

Firstly they screwed up my order, secondly, the supervisor argues about my comment that they should be probably get smaller... bowls if their servings are small (see the picture of the bowl ). I guess Justin Trudeau has lowered the expectations ofCanada?s performance at all levels. Read more
