This has to be one of the worst Tim Hortons in the city. I dread coming in due to how slow the service is. There?s no popping in... and out. There?s no stopping for a quick coffee on the way because you?re going to end up being late wherever you?re going. Itried mobile ordering today, and there was an error with my order just due to the app- it took me 20 minutes to even get to talkto someone to fix my issue- and just when I thought they were going to fix it, they came back with nothing and had to chase themanager. I ended up leaving without even getting my money back because I already spent 25 minutes of my day trying to get aquick fix. Read more

DO NOT GO HERE ! They overcharged me & the manager argued with me ! He wouldn?t let me get a word in and when he did he would... continue to argue. He had one excuse after another. He could have just refunded me the $6.79 but instead wasted my time and gas.I hope the $6.79 was worth loosing a customer and everyone I tell my experience about.
