I just bought 2 coffees and 2 sandwiches. For one sandwich they were out of the sauce which comes in the sandwich so they asked... me to put any other Sauce instead of that, I advised which I want in replacement. Then they were out of the cheese which comesin the sandwich as well. They asked if they can put any other cheese. I advise okay put other cheese. While paying i noticedthat they charged me extra for both sauce and cheese. As per me which makes no sense that the sandwich i want you are out of thestuff from it and to replace the stuff you charge extra. Either you say you are out of it completely or don?t take charge toreplace anything if you are out of stuff. If customer ask for replacement that we understand that you charge extra. But if youare serving thing and you are out of things that is not customer issue. Either don?t offer to sell it say out of order or playfair. Just replace it. There will be no one in the drive through and I will still wait a few minutes at the drive thru microphone before anyone even... acknowledges me and even than I normally have to started yelling hello into the speaker. Aside from that though they aredecently quick once you get past the ordering part and they haven't messed up on my order yet. Definitely need to work on thesecustomer service skills! Read more
Honestly the worst Tim Hortons I?ve ever been to. We come here often because it?s close to work and convenient. But we... consistently receive incorrect or subpar items. Getting the wrong items is the most common occurrence here. Customer serviceis, more often than not, terrible. We have been yelled at and given attitude on multiple occasions. They often try to keep uswaiting at the speaker box before proceeding which I assume is to give them more time to prepare the orders as to not make theirdrive thru times look bad. Read more
Today August 14 2022 I went there for tea and muffin. There was no cashier than when he comes he take several minutes to come... and take my order then leaves in the middle come backs after 3 minutes without finish my order of 2 things goes back and nevercomes back. Don't understand if it was racism or just pure no service at the location. Read more
If I could give this 0 stars I would. I order a sesame bagel and a coffee. Drive thru starts yelling "everything" at me, no... sorry we're out or anything just yells "everything" at me repeatedly... Im confused but after a few seconds i put 2 and 2together that they're out and we get to ordering something they do have and head to pay. The lady at the pay window is pleasantand I calmly, but loud enough for others to hear, say that the man taking the orders is rude and unhelpful. He hears this takeoff his headset comes over the window and starts yelling at me again that "he takes 2000 orders a day, this is how he does itand he's not rude". I question how he feels any of this is appropriate, warranted, or why he can't just speak respectfully whiletaking an order. He keeps yelling that he's not rude, clearly unaware of the hypocrisy of his actions. I give up and drive awayno coffee, no bagel, no payment. The lady says she's sorry as I drive off. This isn't the first time this has happened at thisplace but the first time I've said something about it. I know you're busy and I'm sure you get lots of impatient and rude peoplebut you can't start it or escalate especially as an employee of the company. Will not be returning here ever again. Bought two ice Capps and the cream was absolutely rancid. The manager said all their... stuff was fresh (obviously not!). After attitude and back and forth they said I could return for two new ones, we'll see if theygive us two good ones that can be enjoyed. Worst customer service EVER. Read more
No stars to this location. Worst customer service and the worst manger. No manners how to talk to customer or how to deal with... customers complaints. They know only how to show attitude and just prove themselves right. I asked for hash brown in my sandwichbut there was no hash-brown . I called them back to inform, one lady picked up the call and i asked for manager and she said sheus the manager and was like oh you can come back whenever you get time and we will give. She never apologised or talked nicely.Then again i got a call back from another manager and he was throwing attitude as well. I mean nobody cared to listen to me whatwas the issue and may be you guys can nicely handle this. I was having printed receipt as well with me still they were showingattitude. Even for a single time they didn?t apologise nicely. Just throwing attitude. Worst worst management and customerservice skills. No customer gets mad until they have to face this attitude without any reason. If you talk to your customersnicely that would be a great help. I order from here all the time about 2-3 times a week and let me tell you when I say they get my order wrong everytime they get... it wrong EVERY SINGLE TIME. (I order the same thing everytime). I'm not sure what's wrong with their employees but theydefinitely need to start hearing and focusing on what the customer asking for. I'm so sick of their bull. I only get a bagelblt. I've gotten just a bagel. A whole sandwich. Like common they seriously need help. Read more
