This morning there is something wrong with their system, again. Instead of letting customers know before they enter the drive... thru, they wait until they get to the ordering before telling them its cash only. No cash on me, I use this location at leastonce a day, and that ends today. Lady in front got a drink for free after a conversation with the server, nice discriminatingbetween fancy car driver and a construction worker. This location has lost my business. Read more
Worst tim hortons I had ever been to. Ordered 2 farmers wraps 1 with lettuce and tomato in it, a turkey club sandwich and chili.... They forgot the lettuce and tomatoe, the turkey club sandwich and the bun for the chili. Had to go back twice to get the stuffthey missed and when they gave me the bun for the chili it was just a ripped off end from a sandwich bun. Seriously need to dosome actual training of the staff here on how to make the food and how to read an order and double check that everything is inthe bag. This store has good service and very understanding staff. I ordered online and went fof pick up but unfortunately the order was... not available. Every place has out of stock and something not available. The staff offered to replace the order and theyapologised for unavailability. Lots of parking and nice location too. I wanted to reach out as I would not like this happening to any further customers as this is very unsanitary. I went to the Tim... Hortons today (Aug 26.2022) and ordered a iced caramel latte from the drive though? as I drank my drink - when there was about1/4 cup left, I saw black things floating in the bottom. I think.. (ohh maybe it?s just the caramel) when I was about done thedrink, I stopped and decided to throw the rest out on a napkin leaving 1-2 black things on the napkin as the rest stayed in thecup. When I looked, it was DEAD ANTS in the bottom of the cup. When I aired it out a bit, I actually noticed one that was stillalive and started crawling around in the cup. I immediately took pictures and called Tim Hortons toll free customer servicenumber. The guy told me he will get back to me today. And nothing. This is such a huge health concern and I feel nothing butsick to my stomach. This is just unsanitary and to think that people probably got food/drinks from this same location makes meeven more sick. This is the most mismanaged Tim Hortons I have ever been to. I worked in the restaurant industry for over a decade, and it's... easy to spot a poorly managed food establishment. It seems that they are often out of things that they could easily prep ifsomeone had the foresight to take initiative and plan ahead. Read more
This Tim Hortons is CONSISTENTLY HORRIBLE!! I never write reviews for places, even if I have had a bad experience but this was... just the last straw for me. I ordered an Iced Capp with extra cream a bagel and a broccoli soup with shredded cheese in it. WhenI finally got to the window the guy working rudely said? how are u paying?? I told him I had a Tim?s card which he seemedannoyed to scan, and promptly after he basically shoved everything into my car. When I got home to eat, my iced Capp did nothave extra cream, my bagel was burnt and they gave me CHICKEN NOODLE SOUP WITH CHEESE????? I don?t understand how you can getsomething so wrong and the chicken noodle soup with CHEESE IN IT was the last straw!!! Save your time and money and Go tocrowfoot instead! Read more
