Terrible experience. I was here on october 4, 2022. One of the team member was petting a dog and did not wash her hands with... soap before preparing my order. Will never come to this location ever. Strict action should be taken for these unhygienicpractices. I wonder how did they get food handling certification. Worst experience ever. Read more
Im sad to say this is my local Tim Hortons and i want to like it but i just cant. I've been here several times since i moved... into the area and have had very few positive experiences here. Either they are super slow and you end up waiting there foreveror you get your order and its wrong. From my observations it seems very unorganized and could use some better management. Ilegitimately felt sorry for the Cashier because i could tell he was trying his best and everyone else was just failing toperform and get the orders out. I hope they have someone come in and organize this crew. Until than i will not be back. Read more
Decided to stop in for a coffee and came out feeling dirty. Honestly how is this place open considering you can smell the gents... toilet from in the restaurant? The floor is so sticky and everything I touched had a sticky residue on it. 1 to avoid. Read more
Tims nice coffee and treats. Up to standard. Only downfall is cleaning of tables. Would clean up after but only garbage is in... line up. Not really great design Read more

My bf and I stopped here this morning for 4 sausage and egg biscuit breakfast sandwich. My sandwiches were fine. But my bf... opened his "sa dwich". Lol...it was just biscuits with butter. NO egg NO cheese NO sausage. Long story short it took 4 people tofigure out what he originally ordered in the first place. The guy who took the order for SOME reason thought my bf said breadand butter. The first time he went in they just said ok. He comes back out and they gave him bread and butter AGAIN. Omg... hefinally got the correct sandwich. This is poor service. Unfriendly. Rude. They don't care about customer service at all. I'vebeen here before and the service is very poor. I used to like my ice caps blended but now that I have had pure syrup I don't think I can ever go back! JK I hope this never... happens again, it looks awful. And I am not sure where the rest of it went, but I haven't drank any and there seems to be a lotmissing. Read more
Every time I come to this location, my order is made incorrectly and I'm very disappointed! I ask for a vanilla iced coffee... which is as simple as it can get, but it's always a regular iced coffee. Usually I will drink it, but today I ordered one and ittastes like they put ten shots of espresso in it and I can't even drink it. it's overflowing and leaking everywhere and ittastes bitter.
