Very good service even though it was packed, basically every table up and downstairs was full. Food took about 30 mins but... understandable for how busy it was. Food was very good everyone was happy with their orders. They had live music playing inbetween periods during the Flames game so that was pretty thoughtful for the people wanting to watch the game with audio. Veryneat little pub with lots of history. Came in today for the Sunday 2 for 1 pizza deal, immediately was told this Sunday they?ve decided not to honour the daily... special. Which also happened to be posted in every one of their menus, website and inside the bar on advertisement?s. Waitressgave zero explanation for why and then brought me my $5 ginger ale. We ordered one $22 pizza which came out well under cookedand tiny. The two of us looked at this tiny kids pizza with blackening guacamole on it, which means it?s going off. Pizza wasfalling apart and dough was still raw, serviced sucked and when we asked for fresh guacamole? it arrived after we finishedeating. The tiny plastic cup of guacamole also happened to be $4 to go along with my $5 ginger ale. This place used to beokay. Nowadays food sucks and is prepared with minimal effort, prices have all gone up 25 percent while quality has gone down120 percent l. To be honest, I never had the chance to try out this establishment. My family came here for dinner but we?re turned away from... the waitress for having minors with us. We explained that we just wanted to eat but was told no. The menu looked good and wecame hungry but never had the chance to give them our business. A heads up on their website would have been nice. We venturedto a Revival Brewcade across the street. I would highly recommend it. Great wings and beer! Happy hour included $5 pints! Ourfamily was pleasantly surprised and happy with our visit! Old fire hall number #3 been The Hose and hound for years great place to eat full of history and fantastic eats. Called ahead... for the lunch special hand had the best haddic burger and extra crispy fries. Great survives and wonderful atmosphere. Lookingforward to coming back for more great time. Read more
