I had never had Pakistani food and we LOVED this place! Was so authentic and a wonderful friendly ambiance with fun and lovely... Pakistani inspired modern decor and the food was AMAZING! I will go out if my way to go again. To boot it is LOCAL FAMILY OWNEDby a lovely young couple! He cooks and she is the MOST LOVELY HOST! The special hot and cold drinks were a wonderfulexperience and I loved how Nageenah explained the foods and drinks. She was so nice and made the whole dining experience notonly delicious but fun! Excellent Pakistani/ India food in town. Great value for money, lovely music , ambiance, customer service and food is delicious... at a very affordable value. Very nice food presentation and a nice outside terrace although we sat inside. Highly recommended !I will be back for sure! Read more
The location and interior are very nice and aesthetically pleasing. I wished the food was as great as how great everything... looked. I was told they make everything fresh, but that wasn't the case on my visit. The meat in the biryani was dry (maybecouple days old) since you can tell how fresh things look and taste. The taste was also disappointing. A bit more on the mildside. The karahi was okay, again not fresh as told, and naans were good. Service was alright - it was a little hard to flag downstaff members down at times. The rooh afza soda was delicious and worth trying. Overall, a bit disappointing but not completelyterrible. One of the best authentic Pakistani restaurants in Calgary with a magnificent interior???? It was a great experience. The food... was delicious and flavorful. We ordered almost a buffet on our table, Mixed Kabob Plate comes with beef kabobs, Chicken Tikkaand Fish Tikka, Beef Nihari, Butter Chicken, Peshwari Channay and Chicken Biryani, everything was finger-licking tasty so goodin fact, from quality to quantity. We tried their specialty drinks of Rooh Afsa Soda and Anar twist both were soreplenishing but my favourite was Rooh Afsa Soda which was super refreshing ????and we finished it off with the Karak Chay. Imust say it was the best Karak Chay I had in any restaurant ???? Overall it was a fabulous night and the owner Naghma was sonice. Definitely visiting again???? Read more

A true hidden gem in Calgary for beautiful Pakistani/Indian cuisine. This is not your regular run of the mill kind of... restaurant, it is upscale and classy with a innovative menu to match. I had the good fortune to visit the Curryer with a friend,now I am a fan. We had lamb Nihari and chicken... truly finger licking good. I heard the lamb nihari was cooked overnight to getthat fall-of-the-bones tenderness and great taste. I will definitely visit it again and try all their menu items.
