My wife and I went here for dinner and can say that we really enjoyed it. Service is excellent here with friendly and helpful... servers who are always able to offer good suggestions and are happy to swap or adjust things to your liking. Food is amazing andis perfect for those that are vegan or plant based. The flavours are incredible and you can't get enough of it. This wasn't my first time eating here, and definitely won't be my last. Even though it's not a fully vegan establishment, a... good amount of the menu is or can be made to be (which is highly appreciated). My meal was excellent and I usually like to trymost of or an entire menu before leaving a review, but I think it's safe to say this is a solid spot that I'll be returningto. The food is great, the drinks are unique, and the music sets a nice vibe to go along with the decor. I'm looking forward totrying out the space come summer. Additionally, I think this is one of the best spots in the city to come to if you want tointroduce anyone to plant based cuisine. About out to my super cool server Emelia, she deserves kudos for doing a great job;and also to the kitchen staff who got everything out perfectly. The food was great! Loved the vegan options. The dessert (cheesecake) not so much. The taste was different. The reason for... giving the 2 stars due to the service. Me and my friend met up for an early dinner and were busy talking, we were interruptedevery 15 minutes by the server asking if we were okay and if we were still eating?! Initially it was nice and felt like we werebeing looked after well. After a while it got annoying to a point that we were being interrupted in our conversations. Weweren't sure if they wanted us to leave, even though there were still a few empty tables around us. So all in all even thoughthe food was great the service not so much! My first ever vegetarian experience was at The Coup! I went there when visiting Calgary and absolutely loved it. They serve a... welcome shot (shrub shot) which really helps with digestion! I am from Toronto but I was in Calgary for some business and checked out the Coup with my cousin for Lunch. It was a nice vibe... and good service. The food choices were good and tasted great to be honest. I was satisfied. The Arnold Palmer was a refreshingdrink. I enjoyed my self and got a chance to catch up with my cousin from Toronto.
