I called the EAST HILLS Calgary Branch and was able to talk to an arrogant manager who tried to be a smart a.. over the phone. I... asked if they could split an order of Bangkok for me and wrap it into 2 because another branch was able to do it for me beforeand they said no. I am ok with it already and I even ordered 1 wrap of it but the guy who claims to be the manager keeps onblabbing things to sound very smart over the phone. He said he wants to educate me. I get it already, no education is neededthat is why I already ordered a wrap. This person has no customer service skills at all and even suggested that I order the samefood at the store that allowed the split. If I can, I would have but during the time of my order, his location is the closest. Iwill never order from the EAST HILLS Branch again. Worst customer service experience! Read more

The food here is of good quality and there is a lot of freedom as to what gets added or subtracted from the meal. Each... ingredient is quite fresh and healthy which is certainly not the norm in the fast food industry. The prices here are a bit highthough. A DIY salad with lettuce, cherry tomatoes and 200g of chicken breast and two bottles of water came out to $25. Therewere no other ingredients so it seems to be a bit on the expensive side. Especially when there is no dining in. The menu boardsseem to be a bit difficult to negotiate. It would be better if they had some close-up photos. Also, the DIY salad options on oneboard would be great to see so that it is clear what ingredients are available to put in the salad. The pricing of the DIY saladwould be good to know ahead of time too. Such as how many ingredients are allowed for one price or how much each ingredient willcost so that it is easier and quicker to order. I had never eaten at this establishment so it took a long time. Perhaps sometantalizing photos of each ingredient that they have or a video of salad being prepared or plated would be mosthelpful? Parking here is pretty plentiful but getting out of the parking lot is a bit confusing. All in all not a badexperience. Read more

Need to have proper protocol in place. The cashier took my money and didn't even change her gloves and start to make the food.... People can get sick. Money is the most dirty thing in the world, especially its covid time. Read more
