Ordered a vegan fried rice (with tomato and pineapple sauce). We received fried rice with egg in it, no pineapples, no tomato.... Mistake happen, it?s whatever. But when we called to request a new one made (we had just gotten it home to eat, we did take out)we got yelled at that egg IS vegan, and vegan means no tofu. My wife corrected her, asked for a new dish because egg is NOTVEGAN, she yelled that we?re wrong, and she can?t remake it for us to bring the other one back and swap it, because we alreadygot it home. I think this is a combination of staff being under-educated on the product, as well as frankly poor customerservice. Arguing with customers when YOU?RE wrong is a bad look, and hanging up on someone is just insulting. This isultimately a dietary concern. Putting egg in food where it does not belong could make someone sick. And if they?re mixing upgluten free and vegan, they could be making celiac people SERIOUSLY ILL. My wife received her order with lower then normal amount of peppers and chicken. She asked for a refund barely touched her food.... The man working behind the counter argued with her and shouted at her. Any person to shout st a pregnant woman for returningfood that was not correct has issues. He closed the restaurant and 230pm while we were in there because he was in over his headwith customers. We were not happy about the service me and my son also refused to eat when he shouted at my wife. We left with abill of 45$ with no refund and did not even eat our food. Read more

I would like share some perspectives here. I know pandemic has created a great insecurity and financial distress for every small... business but fast food chains like taco time, thai express, and more started acting stingy and practicing unnecesaary badbehavior. At this joint, i ordered a veggie fried rice. Gone were the days when we used to have at least 20% veggies and 80%rice. Now all i saw was just 2 or 3 pieces of veggies nothing else. In top of that, the guy gave me 1 piece of hand towel. Allthe condiments are kept behind the counter now. No peanuts, no lime, no hot sauce. What can i say? Uptimately, an end user willsuffer. It turned me off from going to these chain restaurants. This is my personal rant of this particular store. OtherwiseThai Express is delicious. Read more

This place is the worst Thai express I've ever had. After ordering I went to the washroom and in the hallway it smelt musty and... moldy. I instantly worried about the quality of food. "Stir-fry" consisted of shredded carrots. Both of us didn't finish ourmeal and are honestly worried about food poisoning. Don't waste your money here. Read more

I love Thai Express but unfortunately this location disappointed me. It?s so hard to communicate with the person at the till, he... accepted my order as a meal knowing they don?t have a fountain drink and asks for extra charge for bottled drink. Visited this location and ordered beef pad Thai with thick noodle for take out . Very professional food processing , staff all... wear mask, seating are separated from each other. Vide is pleasant which is fairly new renovated? I like my food and have beencraving for pad Thai in past weeks. No noodles stick together which is very impressive ( it requires fresh noodles and cook fastwith right temperature, some of the Thai express location didn?t do good job as they do). The spicy level I ordered is mild,should go spicier since I added peanut crumble in my noodles, it took away some gravy and eased the spicy level. We definitelycome back again, they combined this location with the other sushi place which I am very interested to try next time. Read more

This was my first time going to Thai Express in a couple of years and I have to say that the quality of food has dropped... significantly since my last visit. It probably isn't this location specifically, but the food just didn't taste very good andthe prices seemed too high for the quality of food that I received. The staff were nice enough and the location was nice andclean it's just unfortunate that the food didn't taste better. Read more
