I ordered from this location and didn't get what I wanted for my order and didn't notice till I got to my destination. I... couldn't go back to get them to change it so I emailed them to let them know the situation. they emailed back asking for proofof purchase which I sent to them and haven't herd anything back. I have emailed them twice for an update and still nothing. itsbeen 10 days since their last email to me. I'm just assuming they want to ignore it until I go away. Love that there is a Thai express inside Chinook. From ordering to receiving the order, everything happens very quickly and the... wait time is minimal. However the most recent time they gave me less meat than usual in my pad thai - not a deal breaker but alittle bit disappointing. Also the cashiers? attitude could be a hit or a miss depending on who?s working that day. PS. If youlike it spicy, their spicy is not spicy at all. Was nice to find a familiar brand and love the fact they leave their vegetables in larger pieces and don't shred them down into... tiny chunks. Serving size was perfect as was the balance of vegetables to rice, instead of consisting of 70 percent rice likesome locations like to do. Good meal, cooked well and fast hot food. Loved it! Read more
