After having bad experience at north hill centre Thai express I again made the mistake of ordering at market mall Thai express.... A chicken pad Thai noddles hardly has any chicken in it. Absolutely rubbish and waste of my money. Please refund my money back.For your information I returned back the noddles and also asked for refund. Please contact me for refund. Horrible service! The workers are so mean and rude, I requested for an extra pate plate and they gave me the one in the picture... and says that's all u get if u want a paper plate u pay for it ????. The food didnot taste the same as the other Thai locations,hopefully the service improves as we often visit the mall and love Thai food. Read more

This Thai express location truly deserves the low ratings it has. Customer service is non existent. When I asked for some chilli... oil/ sauce on the side so I could adjust the spice level of our Basil fried rice, the lady behind the counter refused to giveany. What made things worse was the fried rice we got was soaking in soy sauce and was fiery hot. It was totally inedible andruined my mood. I?d never recommend this restaurant to anyone ever. Ordered Green Curry with chicken. First 2 bites was extremely salty food and not green curry taste. I tried mixing up the... container to see if that was the issue. Nope just salty and unpalatable. Tried this place for lunch on a whim and now I regret it. For one, service is terrible. I ordered pick up from ubereats and... after picking up my order from one employee, I was accused of not paying for the order by another employee. A simple questionwould have sufficed but he was extremely rude (as if I were shoplifting). That's just the beginning. The Tom Yum soup is almostflavourless. The Pad Thai was the same and the noodles were broken up. It's spicy so it's perfect for those who love spicy butwhat's the point if there's no taste? Be wary of the prices because items are expensive for their portion. Plus, many items (PadThai/fried rice etc) charge EXTRA for meat otherwise you're eating vegetarian. Nothing wrong with vegetarian, just surprising itcosts extra for the price. For example, a veggie Pad Thai without add-ons costs 12$. I think I'd rather stick to Edo Japan. Read more

just got Ubereats to deliver me over a Tom Yum soup and I specifically asked NO CORIANDER/CILANTRO... you completely ruined my... meal by not doing a simple and easy instruction... I had to throw it out cause that herb makes me physically sick if I so muchas taste it. Complete and utter failure!! I'm never ever ordering from this place again!! Don't bother going here. Today I went to Thai express and this was my third time going. the first 2 times the service was awful but the food was good so... I returned and that was a huge mistake. I didn't want to leave a public review and diminish the reputation of the chain as I doenjoy the food, however what happened to me today was unacceptable. I ordered the red curry with well done beef and extra beefas the usual amount is only a few pieces. I ended up paying $16 for undercooked beef of the same quantity. I was genuinelyscared to ask for a to go container as the older woman who works there is always very rude. I went to the counter and she wasmaking a personal call on her cell phone. She did not stop her call when I walked up and I had to whisper that I needed a to gocontainer. She gave me the smallest container and I tried fitting all of my food in it, but it didn't fit so I returned. Stillon the phone she said "why can't you just eat the remaining food, you wasted a container." Then she took my food put it in a newcontainer and threw the old container at me. I don't know if she is the owner or a worker but this was absolutely not okay andneeds to be addressed. Read more
