Terrible experience, firstly they tried to charge me $2 extra for an item I did not want, I had to correct them on the item I... wanted. The workers there seemed to not know there own menu because the man behind the counter was very confused what I meantwhen I said I wanted a burrito bowl, despite it being advertised on their menu directly above him. They assembled the burrito weordered and microwaved the whole thing, lettuce included, which just made it a soggy mess. Also there was no option forcustomization of any sort, we wanted salsa on the burrito, which at any other taco time has never been an issue, but theycompletely ignored my request anyway. Read more
Tried a new beef cruncho burrito meal for the first time at Sunridge mall. It has the classic beef burrito flavor with... crispiness inside the burrito. I had to take the meal home due to covid19. The burrito got soggy outside little bit but it stillhad a crispiness inside. Overall, I liked it. I'll try it again during my next visit. Thank you for the great service and meal. Read more
If I could give zero stars I would. My fist time at Taco Time and definitely my last one. I ordered a bean burrito and stressed... multiple times I'm a vegetarian and only want beans in there. Server repeated my order correctly and I was sure that's what Iwas getting. I got my food and went to the movies. You can imagine my surprise when I bit into beef! I do not eat meat, I alwaysmake sure the server knows it! For them to still put meat in my food is just outrageous. Sadly I didn't eat my food in the foodcourt otherwise I would have returned it and gave them a piece of my mind! I had to throw it out as I'm a vegetarian and it'sbad enough I had to taste meat when it's my choice to never do so! That's $9 wasted because of sloppy and inconsiderate workers!Not happy! Read more
Good service and the food is as good as taco time can get. When it's busy the service can be slow but overall this location is... decent to eat at. Plus, lots of seating available in this food court. Read more
