It's taco bell, the 5 stars I'm giving because of the service Faith gave us yesterday, reading the comments on google reviews... many complained about service. Yet when I came in Faith gave us such a friendly greeting organized our meal with care and I justwanted to call and tell the management but the number brings you to an extension number. I hate that I had to eat half of my crunch wrap to get some beef literally half of it was cheese and when I did get some it was... on the sides like they completely forgot its a round shaped taco ???? anyways basic taco bell tell them don?t forget to spreadthe meat when ordering ???? Read more
I believe that I can finally say that I have GRADUATED from Taco Bell. The product is just no where near the quality of Mucho... Burrito and I just noticed that the pricing is very similar when considering the equivalent size of steak burrito. Thewashrooms are not cleaned regularly, in fact I am pretty sure that they may not even be cleaned daily as my photos willdepict. It is cool that they have Baja Flavoured Mountain Dew. Honestly, that is all that is cool here. Years ago before Muchothis was acceptable. Now there is a better solution and I am sorry, but I can no longer go back. Moving on! Read more
An odd place. I walked in to order, and there were four or five customers milling around, some had ordered and some hadn't yet.... Nobody quite knew where to stand; there were two employees cleaning floors but nobody behind the register. After ordering, theygave me a cup for the soda fountain but no straws. Apparently they "didn't have straws" of any kind, go figure. Also?it wouldhave been nice to see the floor-cleaning employees change gloves before handling food. Read more
If possible I would give a zero rating for the service. The manager, Robie, was the most rude of all. We ordered bean chalupas... via drive-thru. They got the order wrong and made burritos. In turn, they were blaming us. We were being nice , parked the carand went inside to resolve the situation. The manager made us wait 15 minutes to accept their fault and make us a new order. Allthe while she was blaming us. This is the worst customer service. Read more
Went to store and was told I couldn't order the variety pack instore, had to order online. No problem did that while I was there... and added pickup for ASAP. Sat there for 30 min and no notification saying my order was ready, counter server also never told itwas a ready. Assuming he remembered me since he was the only one helping customers and only 3 people had come in since I talkedto him about ordering a variety pack and him telling me I had to order online. When I went up to the counter to see if it wasready and I hadn't recived a notification yet a different worker couldn't find it. Had to wait another 5 min for him to justgive me the only 2 bags that were sitting on the counter. Poor service. Will not be back. Read more
I don't usually like to leave bad reviews and am a fan of Taco Bell, but need to let others know about my experience. I ordered... the box meal and all the fries were cold and stale like they had been out all day and not even under the heat lamp, the tacoswere 90% lettuce (which definitely wasn't fresh) and you could barely notice any cheese on the tacos if any. I realized partwaythrough I should take some pictures and will attach them. I was extremely disappointed and doubt I will go back to thislocation. Read more
