The manager ( it says on my receipt that she made my order ) that made my order was very rude and gave me and my friend dirty... looks right when we walked in ( my friend noticed the dirty looks but I didn?t so I ended up ordering or we would?ve left) Weordered 8 pieces of sushi , however it tasted like tuna not salmon as it said on the menu. We told the manager that it didn?ttaste good and that I wanted a refund. She got mad saying that I was wasting food. After trying to get a refund all she ended upgiving me was a California roll not a refund. Read more
Ordered sushi online and it arrived without any of the sauces I ordered and they sent me prepackaged sushi that tastes a day... old. Never ordering here again! Read more
I have never had such difficulty ordering before. The hours are terrible and twice we tried with no success. Ordering online is... not available for same day. Called several times to be sent to voicemail. Finally got someone only to be told half our order wasunavailable. Showed up to pick up and waited twenty minutes for the machine to be figured out and our order had not beencompleted. I'm leaving my review before having received my food because this experience has been so bad I will not be back evenif it is the best sushi I've ever eaten. Read more
I have enjoyed going to this place for a number of years but the food I was served recently has gone downhill a lot. You also... can't access their website to see their menu and they won't give you information to speak to a manager so I am stuck withleaving a review to provide feedback. I will happily change my review if the quality improves again but it's not cheap to buyand this was unacceptable. Read more
I only get Sushi about once a year and decided to try a new place tonight. I should have not have experimented. I got the shrimp... tempura, which tasted horrible. It was cold and it tasted like various other dishes. You could tell they fry everything in thatoil. The music soup tasted off and a bit salty like it was old. The biggest thing that they didn't have was Eel sauce... I meanwhat Sushi place doesn't have eel sauce??????!!!!!??!?!?!?! The really don't have much of a variety and their website doesn'twork to even see the menu.( I've taken clear pictures for anyone's reference) the sushi itself wasn't the best tasting one I'vehad. Not a very good meal from a restaurant that seems to really try to have a great image and experience. Despite their effort, my... meal wasnt very good. The miso soup and banana balls were not very warm, the burger had very little flavour other then the bunand everything fell out as soon as i took my first bite and i couldent finish the seaweed salad since i didnt like the dressingon it. Visited Sushi Shop for lunch today. Was very good. I did find it pricy. It had a fast food sushi feel at a full deluxe sushi... restaurant price...if that makes sense. I would go back for another lunch sometime to try more menu items... I had the TunaSalmon Poke bowl...my 4 Year old daughter had California rolls and 1 salmon roll... two beverages in a can and our bill was over$30 for lunch Read more
