Didn?t have 2 types of bread. Even though I saw them literally on the top shelf (they could?ve told me to wait 5 minutes for... them to cool but I can only imagine they were scared of a negative reaction) The bread that I did get was half the size theyusually are (maybe undercooked, maybe bad batch) and the person gave no warning on acknowledgment that I?d be getting thehobbits version of bread. when I got the toppings put on the I saw the person fighting for their life just to fold itover. For starters, the ladys taking our orders today were not paying attention, one had a freaking headphone in one ear and could not... hear us, like no duh take the dam earpiece out lady. Then to top it off my sub was almost done and the other lady there decidesto put a line of Sriracha on my sub, i cant have spicy food and at no point did i say put Sriracha on my sub. The manager Breet goes above and beyond with her customer service skills. If there is an issue she fixes it right away. Best... tasting subway I ever had. I highly recommend this location. The staff is awesome. Read more

i went here for the first time to get a meatball sub which is what i usually get and i have had it before with no problems at... different locations. i ate it and a couple hours after it made me sick for the rest of the day, i got food poisoned, it was thefirst thing i ate so it was the sub. i dont know what to say but be cautious, there?s another subway on that road as well.besides the food poisoning, the customer service was not there, huge attitude and no modesty whatsoever. I try to leave positive reviews only unless I come across something egregious. Such as last FRIDAY NIGHT when during the busy... dinner hours there was only a solitary employee working. Taking in person orders as well as the mobile /uber eats typeorders... phones etc. Firstly isn't this illegal to staff only one person for safety reasons? Also I can say this is definitelyaffecting service standards and customer satisfaction. I remarked to the staff member, as did the two customers behind me. This location is on 17th ave - two staff should be the minimum. If you visit this location, take a peep inside to see if theyhave acceptable staff levels. Skip it if there is only one due to the management being too miserly. Maybe they'll learn to befair to their staff. Read more
No care taken in preparing the sandwiches, missing items sometimes. Usually they rush the toasting to get you out the door.... Employees need better training. Read more
