This review is totally based on service. Food should be the same from subway. As Subway I believe should keep their... standards. I would want Subway to look into the service provided by these guys up there. Less quantity to start with. Try notto listen on extra asked. Speak in their language. No smile and serve. They Lady on the cash till is the best of the lot. Shedrops the sandwich in front of you to pick it up. I would request people going there and notice these things. Read more

Worst subway experience I?ve ever had. The store was in total disarray with the lids for the food containers strewn all over... the place and the rest not looking any better. The attitude of the person serving me suggested that I was interrupting her byhaving the audacity to order food. Speaking in another language behind the counter, I had to interrupt their conversation tocorrect the mistakes they were making. When it came to the vegetables, rather than ?what veggies would you like?? they stoppedtheir conversation for a moment and my server simply looked at me in silence with her eyebrows raised as if to say ?what??. Howprofessional. Any time that she wasn?t sure what I?d said I got a ?huh?? along with a strong facial expression that suggestedI?m a complete moron. I?m by no means a delicate flower and won?t lose any sleep over it but both the state of the store andhorrible customer service mean I will never return to this store. It seems to me that Subway restaurants located in food courts are a full step below the stand-alone locations. For whatever... reason the food court locations just don?t put the same care and thought into their end product and the overall service demeanoris worse as well. I recently did another review of a gas station Subway location where I said the worst tier of Subwayrestaurants are those combined with other businesses (like gas stations). But now I?m starting to reconsider, I think food courtlocations could be worse. The Subway located in Bankers Hall West has all offerings you?d want from Subway but they?re allabout efficiency and getting you out as quick as possible while sacrificing quality and service. I understand this is a busylocation during the business rush, but that doesn?t mean you can?t afford a smile or friendliness. This location is an assemblyline, they?ll treat you as a number, half-ass make your order and have you on your way as soon as possible. They even have twomerchant terminals to expedite this process. I also found they were cheap on vegetables and lazily plopped on the toppings. Thisthought was validated as I noticed multiple people asking for more of what they requested for vegetables in the short time I wasthere. Their stock also didn?t appear as fresh or look as appetizing as other locations. Staff seemed annoyed and viewedeveryone as an inconvenience, they translated this into the end product which was a poorly put together sandwich. I?ll hesitatebefore revisiting this Subway. Read more
