I received the most horrible horrible horrible customer service ever in my life from this location, The guy name "Maddy" working... on Sept 11, 2022 around 6PM acts like either he owns the place or somebody hasn't given him his pay from one month. I visit this afternoon around 5:29pm for party order which was approximately 350 or more but on customer service girl was rude.... So I canceled it. I advise my office no more visit at this location. Please avoid that location go business somewhere else? Read more
I ordered a footlong meatball sub shortly before 6 pm, it's my favorite sandwich from subway. I thought the place must have... been ready to close but I note the hours show it closes at 10 pm. I thought it must be closing because the meatballs were*extremely* old and the marinara sauce had dried away entirely. I was still served the meatballs in a sub anyway, so I assumethe staff must have thought it was acceptable fare to serve to their customers. I had to throw it away. It smelled bad andtasted very old, hard, very dry, just not good. I don't know if I'll go back to this Subway, and I'd recommend you give theplace a miss as well. With the Subway closed at the Circle K on 7th Ave (crack mac's for the locals) I don't know of a Subwayin the area other than this one, but definitely don't give these guys your business. The senior worker on shift (not sure if he was a manager), DOES NOT understand the LAW regarding mask mandates. I am legally... exempt, and he did NOT respect that. He needs to be educated by a lawyer on our human rights. Very irritating. Read more
I have eaten at a lot of subways - this one is by far my favorite. I go here for lunch and I have never gotten faster and... better service. Despite usually being busy I am in and out in under 5 minutes. The work stations are clean and the ingredientslook great and somehow they manage to deliver this quality of service consistently which seems like a rarity in fast food. Read more
10/10, definitely recommended. I was served tonight by the most pleasant woman who made my crummy night so much better with her... kindness & smile.. Not to mention the amazing subway MELT she prepared for me. I didn?t happen to get her name but she wentabove and beyond to make sure I was happy when I left the store.
