I?m Indian I just want to point this out because I understand Hindi. I walked in to this establishment with a older aged white... male ahead of me in line. As the older man was ordering I could hear the staff blatantly saying look at this old crippled whiteman & using swear words in language I wouldn?t repeat myself. The fact that the staff can say such horrible things about therecustomers behind there backs is so atrocious and disgusting I didn?t end up ordering today just because of this. I don?t think they know what customer service is. I placed an online order for two subs, picked them up no problem. But when I... got home we noticed that cheese was missing from one of them. We called the location to let them know and they were so rude,telling us that they remember making it and know they put cheese on the sandwich, instead of just apologizing and owning up tothe mistake. Another lady came on the phone and basically told us that we need to bring the sandwich back so they could checkit for cheese ???? and then they would make us a new one. We live far so bringing it back wasn?t worth it. I asked if we couldpossibly stop by another day for a replacement of the sandwich and she said no we needed to bring it in today in order for us toget a replacement because she needed to ?check? the sandwich, she made it seem as if we were lying for a free sandwich, it?sonly $10 for a sandwich. It?s the principle of the matter that we didn?t get what we paid for, and she made it seem as if theywere incapable of making a mistake. Won?t be coming back here, waste of time. Read more
Subway is always good and this location is clean with friendly staff
This location is always fast. The seating is very limited since a lot of it is very close to the line where people order. There... are bathrooms, and it is generally clean. There is a lot of traffic through so the veggies are usually fresh. Read more
When I went in the guy working left the girl by herself to make sandwiches while he cleaned the windows. Came back in to help... her make 3 footlong orders after a door dasher and another person came in to pickup. There were 2 of us in line waiting for themto finish the orders. When he was making my sandwich I had to repeat myself several times. He skipped over things and put thewrong sauce on it. He had to look for the one I wanted then grabbed it and I told him I no longer wanted that sauce. I had totell him no 5 times. I asked for salt and pepper he put straight pepper on it. He never asked if I wanted a wanted a meal andgot annoyed when I did. I?ve worked customer service and food service for 7 years. I would have gotten in trouble at the veryleast for that behaviour. This Subway is usually quick in its service. I find it cramped inside though just due to the layout. The self-serve drink... machine has an amazing variety of drink selections; some of which I never see elsewhere. It would be nice if the space wasslightly wider because it can be difficult for customers to get by the others to exit and/or enter the building. Read more
I got the sausage and egg, and the guy said I don't understand and I had to say it the other way around. Then when I got home,... the sausage wasn't even cooked probably! It was still raw!
